Do I need a team or individual trainings are available?
We encourage group training. Because, if there is a team, there is idea sharing, which exposes us to the different thought processes which can bring creativity and change. That’s why we focus on group training rather than individual training.
How can I know the training is really for me or my team?
Are you looking for growth? If so, then the training is for you and your team.
Are community trainings free of charge?
We sometimes do provide free community training as part of our company’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). However, we are very selective about the free training that we provide.

PS: Free Training only waives the trainer fee, the community still has to look after other miscellaneous costs e.g. Travel Costs, Accommodation, Training Material Costs, etc.
